El Rancho High School’s theatre club proudly presents the brand new play, The Play that Goes Wrong: High School Edition. From November 8-15, the production will be available for students, teachers, and others to all come watch!
The play is about a cast of talented people who are attempting to put on the best murder play while the whole play itself starts to fall apart. As the name suggests, it also contains a plot twist at the end. The production also incorporates lots of comedy for the audience to enjoy more!
The cast of this well-put-together play cannot wait to perform in the next few weeks in front of friends, family, and faculty.
“I hope to see how beautifully everything comes together and to see how our hard work has paid off,” theater president Soraya Prado says. “Also to see how our efforts make the audience react.”
Supporting actress, Joelia Lopez says, “I’m hoping to see a lot of people, as well as familiar faces. As well as seeing production going well since we’ve been working really hard on this play!”
Since the beginning of this year, the wonderful cast of The Play that Goes Wrong has been working really hard to make sure this production runs smoothly and is delighted and loved by many others as well!
“We are extremely grateful for their appreciation, time and support as a whole,” Prado says. “This wouldn’t be complete without an audience and getting to see how much they enjoy the show is the best reward for our hard work.”
Lopez also mentions, “I hope you enjoy it! It’s a fun show no matter who you are or how old you are. It’s funny, things fall apart and overall, it’s a play that goes wrong!”
Make sure to grab your snacks, popcorn, and friends and come out to support our amazing actors, and enjoy watching this amazing production of the Play that Goes Wrong on November 8th, 14th, & 15th, all dates starting at 7:00 PM in El Rancho’s Little Theater.
