Jayden Parker, a senior and football player for El Rancho, has a passion for Photography that began this past summer with him mainly taking sports portraits. He also ranges from landscape photography to car photography, and much more.
For Jayden Parker, having this job means he can have any direction and the freedom he wants with his photographs.
“You’re your own boss so you’re not being told what to do, so working is never actually just work, it’s creating the picture that you want to create, how you want to do it and when you want to do it,” Parker says.
He puts in many hours and days of editing and putting photos out. Despite those enduring tasks, it makes him a more creative person and improves his ideas.
What makes a good photograph for Jayden Parker is having a certain style that makes people see a photo and know who it’s done by.
His inspirations come from Youtuber North Borders who is a professional photographer and he is the reason why Jayden Parker started photography in the first place.
One of Jayden Parker’s favorite photographs he has taken is a photo at Disneyland.
After he graduates El Rancho, Jayden Parker aims to go to an out-of-state university and further explore his passions. He hopes he can get to the University of Arizona to take his film skills even further and move back to California later on and do a project for Hollywood or work for a big production company that makes movies.
