The El Rancho Unified School District is set to bring its musical talents together for the first time at the first annual All District Band Night Concert, on Mar. 12 at 6 p.m. in the El Rancho High School main gymnasium.
The free community event will showcase performances by students from different schools throughout the district, including North Park Academy of the Arts, STEAM Academy at Burke, Rivera Middle School, and El Rancho High School.
The student bands will be under the direction of Emilio Corrales (NPAA), Robert Mendez (Rivera), Karen Panganiban (STEAM), and John Rush (ERHS).
The evening concert promises an enjoyable experience and display of rising talent, allowing students from the district of all ages to come together and share their passion for playing music. This concert also displays ERUSD’s dedication to visual and performing arts, showing a fondness for music across every level of education at each school.
Attendees of the event are also able to support each music program by purchasing food and beverages outside of the gym, with the proceeds benefiting various groups.
Regardless if you’re an excited parent, a supporter of visual and performing arts, or a fan of music in general, this event is a perfect opportunity to celebrate the talent and dedication of this district’s young and rising musicians.
