Seniors, are you on the lookout for scholarships? 

Now is your chance! The California Student Aid Commission is now offering a Cash For College Scholarship for seniors and college students to win $1,000.

Before applying for this scholarship, applicants must complete the free FAFSA or Dream Act by the April 2 deadline at one of their Cash 4 College workshops being hosted.

“I believe scholarship opportunities like this are super important for students to sign up for, especially as it could help low-income families provide for their child to pursue a successful path in college,” said Emily Guerra.“As a parent, I would want my son signing up for scholarships to pay off his college needs.” 

All personal information will be kept confidential and will only be used to contact applicants with updates on this scholarship and any additional educational opportunities that CSAC offers.

If chosen as a scholarship winner, you must submit proof of your fall 2025 college enrollment that is six units or more.
