Karly Marina Loaiza known professionally as Kali Uchis, is an American singer and songwriter. Her beauty and aesthetic in fashion makes her stand out in the music industry.

In 2018, Uchis released her debut studio album Isolation to widespread acclaim. Uchis’s second studio album and her first Spanish language project, Sin Miedo (del Amor y Otros Demonios), was released in 2020. The album spawned the single “Telepatía”, which became Uchis’ first solo charting hit on the US Billboard Hot 100.

After these big successes she continued to grow bigger in the music industry, gaining millions and millions of new fans.

Kali Uchis has a new album due soon, her first record since 2020’s Sin Miedo (del Amor y Otros Demonios). She has collaborated on several tracks with other artists, including Ozuna, Omar Apollo, and Amaarae.

With Valentine’s day around the corner, Kali Uchis has shared “I Wish You Roses,” borrowing from the holiday’s glimmering aesthetics while also broadening the boundaries of the kind of love it celebrates.

Uchis said: “This song is about being able to release people with love. It could be a friend, a lover, or someone else, but the point is to celebrate releasing people from your life without being resentful or bitter.”

“I Wish You Roses,” a new song shared earlier this month, will appear on Red Moon in Venus. She explained the album’s title in a statement:

“Love is the message. Red Moon in Venus is a timeless, burning expression of desire, heartbreak, faith, and honesty, reflecting the divine femininity of the moon and Venus. The moon and Venus work together to make key aspects of love and domestic life work well. This body of work represents all levels of love—releasing people with love, drawing love into your life and self-love. It’s believed by many astrologers that the blood moon can send your emotions into a spin, and that’s what I felt represented this body of work best.”

The album will be dropping on March 3, 2023. Make sure to mark the date for this beautiful release. The tour is to begin on April 25, 2023 in Austin, Texas and will conclude on May 30, 2023 in Phoenix, Arizona.

With the new album coming up, she has revealed where she will be going on tour, but sadly the closest to LA will be in Las Vegas and San Francisco.
