WASC visits the Ranch

What is WASC? The abbreviation for it is The Western Association of Schools and Colleges. WASC has to do with the improvement of schools and focuses on quality education for all.
Here at the ranch, the WASC team arrived on campus on Sunday, March 5 and will be here until Tuesday, March 7. The WASC committee comes every 6 years to check out if our school is providing quality education for all students.
A lot of work and time was put into the preparation for the visit.
The visiting committee has come to meet with students, staff, along with community members and question them about their experiences here at El Rancho. “I feel a tremendous amount of pride hearing the parents, teachers, staff, and students speak so highly of us and with so much love for this school” said Ms. Mata.
The results of this visit are a reflection of our schools staff and students and how much hard work they put into their work each and every day. “Thank you to all of my colleagues who helped prepare for this visit, and a special thank you to the students whose dedication, respect and love have shone through so brightly over the last several days!” said Ms. Mata.
