Hi! I’m Javier Santiago Franco, I am 17 years old and a senior. This is my first year on El Rodeo and I’m excited. I enjoy playing sports like tennis and track. I was raised in Pico Rivera and attended Birney Elementary and STEAM middle school. I can’t wait to see what happens this year.
