There are many different things between college sports and high school sports. High school sports are very different because they focus on learning skills, teamwork, and having fun. Students usually have more time to balance sports with school and social activities. Coaches help athletes improve well, teaching them sportsmanship and responsibility.
College on the other hand focuses much more on being competitive and demanding. College athletes practice longer, trainer harder, and face more pressure to perform well. Many athletes have trouble balancing their schedules with sports and difficult classes.
Another difference would be the amount of attention and support they get. High school games are smaller and more community based, while college sports have larger crowds, scholarships, and better facilities. Both levels teach discipline and teamwork, but college sports require a bigger commitment.
