For most seniors, all they think about is graduating and making your college decisions. But for Carlos Plascenia, his senior year is about beginning his journey to the United States Air Force. His journey after graduation will take him some time because since he wants to be a pilot, they require him to be an officer first. Carlos is very excited to get started with his journey and be able to complete his goal in life. 

When asked why he decided to go to the Air Force, Carlos explained that he has been wanting to go since he was a little kid. “Since I was a little kid, I wanted to be soaring through the skies,” he said. “I believe going to the United States Air Force is my main goal.”

Carlos Placencia is very serious about making it happen. All he had ever wanted was to go and not give up on it no matter the challenges he faces. He is working hard and his mindset is ready for what comes his way. He is ready to take the next step after high school and succeed in the United States Air Force.
