Hi, I’m Jaylene, preferably better known as Jay. I am currently 17 years old, In my final year of high school, entering the El Rodeo Newspaper as a writer being a first-year member! A favorite topic of mine to cover for student’s interest is artist’s album reviews.

Both my Elementary and Middle School years have been attended in Whittier then moved districts to attend high school at the Ranch. 

I began cheerleading at the age of 4. Making the cheerleading squad all 4 years here at ER. It was my passion for the past 14 years with a short end to my cheerleading career during my senior year of high school. 

During my free time, I enjoy spending it going to new places, shopping, and hanging out with friends/ family.

After graduating from high school, I look forward to enlisting in the United States Navy working in the Medical Field as my Career.
